Welcome to Vetrics. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Vetrics platform and services. By accessing or using Vetrics, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. Definitions

• "Vetrics," "we," "our," or "us" refers to Vetrics and its platform.
• "You" or "User" refers to individuals or entities using our services.
• "Services" means the Vetrics AI visibility monitoring platform and all related features, tools, and content.
• "Content" means all data, text, information, and materials uploaded to or generated through the platform.

2. Account Registration

To use Vetrics, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your account information as needed
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Services Description

Vetrics provides an AI visibility monitoring platform that allows you to:

• Track how your brand appears in AI platform responses (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot, and others)
• Monitor specific prompts and queries for brand mentions
• Analyze sentiment and citation patterns
• Benchmark against competitors
• Generate insights and recommendations
• Access AI-powered content generation tools (Enterprise plan)

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Plans and Pricing

Vetrics offers multiple subscription plans (Starter, Pro, and Enterprise) with different features and limits. Current pricing is displayed on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time.

Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial for new users. No credit card is required to start your trial. At the end of the trial period, you must select a paid plan to continue using premium features.

Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your chosen billing cycle. Payment is processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring fees.

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

• Your access continues until the end of your current billing period
• No refunds are provided for partial months (except as described below)
• Your data remains accessible for 30 days after expiration

Plan Limits

Each plan includes specific limits on brands, prompts, team seats, and other features. If you exceed your plan limits, you will be notified and prompted to upgrade. We will not automatically charge you for overages.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Vetrics for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Violate the terms of service of any AI platforms we integrate with
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our software
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the service (except through our official API)
• Resell or redistribute our services without authorization
• Use the service to monitor brands or content you do not have rights to monitor
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information

6. Intellectual Property

Our Intellectual Property

Vetrics and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Vetrics and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Our name, logo, and branding may not be used without our prior written consent.

Your Content

You retain ownership of all data and content you input into Vetrics (brand information, prompts, competitor data, etc.). By using our services, you grant us a limited license to use, process, and store this content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

Generated Content and Insights

Analytics, insights, reports, and recommendations generated by Vetrics from processing your data are licensed to you for your use. We retain the right to use aggregated, anonymized data to improve our services.

7. Third-Party Services

Vetrics integrates with third-party AI platforms (including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Microsoft, and Perplexity) to provide our monitoring services. These integrations are subject to:

• The respective terms of service of each AI platform
• Availability and functionality provided by those platforms
• Potential changes in access or pricing by those providers

We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of third-party AI platforms. Changes to third-party services may affect Vetrics functionality.

8. Disclaimers

VETRICS IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Results obtained will be accurate or reliable
• AI platform responses represent complete or current information
• Any defects will be corrected

AI visibility monitoring provides insights based on sampled queries. Results may vary based on timing, location, AI platform behavior, and other factors outside our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VETRICS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to use) the services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of Vetrics is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vetrics and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you submit to the platform

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Vetrics at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include:

• Breach of these Terms
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Non-payment of fees
• Request by law enforcement or government agencies

Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately. We may delete your data after a reasonable retention period (typically 30 days), unless legal requirements mandate otherwise.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of Vetrics after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

For material changes that significantly affect your rights, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before the changes take effect.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Vetrics shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Vetrics.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
• Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
