- AI platform responses related to your tracked prompts
Payment Information
Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment details on our servers. We receive only a payment token and basic transaction information (last 4 digits, card type, billing address) from Stripe.
Usage Data
We automatically collect certain information when you use our platform:
- Log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps)
- Device information (operating system, device type)
- Feature usage patterns within the application

Supabase — Provides our authentication system and database infrastructure. Your account data is stored securely in Supabase's cloud infrastructure.
Payment Processing
Stripe — Handles all payment processing. Stripe is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified, the highest level of certification in the payments industry.
AI Platform Queries
To monitor your brand visibility, we send queries to AI platforms including OpenAI (ChatGPT), Anthropic (Claude), Perplexity, Google (Gemini), and Microsoft (Copilot). These queries contain only the prompts you configure — we do not share your personal account information with these providers.
We Do Not Sell Your Data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. Ever.
4. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures including:
- Encryption of data in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest
- Secure password hashing using industry-standard algorithms
- Regular security assessments and monitoring

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Historical monitoring data is retained according to your plan limits (7 days for Starter, 90 days for Pro, unlimited for Enterprise).
Upon account deletion, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain data for legal, tax, or compliance purposes.
